It feels like it's been ages since the two of us did an entry together.

The other weekend, the two of us dug through our wardrobes and from their depths pulled out our old Death Note cosplay costumes, that we first wore in 2008, as Matt and Mello for Mini Animania and as L and Light for SMASH!. Needless to say, it brought back some ( Read more... )

Wah, it was a long day, but a very enjoyable one at the SMASH! convention. Our main objective was to sell self-made animanga merchandise, but we cosplayed as well, to attract customers XD (most cosplay photos of us are at the bottom of this entry!)

Yesterday the two of us with our awesome buddy Meeko attended our first Mini Animania in Sydney (we've been to the Main Animania before, but not the Mini :D). Although it was tiring for us (running on 0 - 5 hours sleep each), we had an enjoyable time; we saw a bunch of people including alita_b_angel, glorfindel, lunarfish and miyukiko, though we didn't really get to talk to them much. I'm so bad. This whole day I'm supposed to do assessments that are due on Friday. But instead, I've been wasting my time doing art.

Then I updated my desktop wallpaper for the first time since I've gotten this comp (which is what, 3 years?). So it's all nice and spiffy but I'm not used to it yet :)
